Prof. Dr. Šime Jozipović is a Croatian legal expert specializing in corporate, business, financial law and the Founder of Mandracchio Capital. He has advised international and domestic clients on company formations, investment structuring, and dispute resolution across technology, tourism, maritime, and energy sectors. He holds LL.M. degrees from LMU Munich and Harvard University, completed his doctorate summa cum laude at LMU, and is registered with the Croatian Bar Association. Dr. Jozipović has held research positions at Harvard Law School and the Max Planck Institute.

Prof. Šime Jozipović is a distinguished legal expert advising both foreign and domestic clients, with specialization in corporate, business, and tax law.

He brings over 10 years of experience working with technology startups and established corporations, and has successfully advised international investors on acquisitions in Croatia, EU market entry, and complex cross-border tax and regulatory matters.

As a Jean Monnet professor of finance, tax, and business law, his work focuses on international tax law, innovation, and corporate regulation. He holds a PhD in Law (focused on international tax law) and an LL.M. in Tax Law from Harvard University.

He has been an invited speaker at leading institutions such as the University of Berlin, Sorbonne University, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and has received multiple awards in business and tax law.

Prof. Jozipović has collaborated with institutions including Harvard Law School and the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance, and is a registered legal advisor with the CBA. Since 2019, he has also supported young entrepreneurs in Croatia as a pro bono legal counsel.
