Our process is designed to prevent this. First we have an initial consultation, analyse which VISA(s) you could get and if there are reasons from preventing you to aquire them. If there are already reasons visible at this stage, you get clarity immediately without having to invest time or money into an application.
If in the first step we assess together with you that it makes sense to proceed, we go into the paperwork gathering phase.
